Gerald Lenoir is a strategy analyst at the Othering and Belonging Institute at UC Berkeley and the founding executive director of the Black Alliance for Just Immigration (2006-2014). He was a co-chair of voter education and GOTV for the 1984 Jesse Jackson Campaign in Seattle.
