Guiding Threads Collective

Guiding Threads Collective is a worker-owned cooperative of facilitators who strengthen organizations on the Left so they can be effective vehicles for social and economic change. We cross-pollinate techniques and practices from across our movements to provide tailored, transformative facilitation, conflict mediation, and consulting support. From retreat design and facilitation, to leadership coaching, to conflict mediation–our approach is nimble, rigorous, warm, and joyful. Our multi-racial, gender-expansive team of Black, Asian, queer, and trans facilitators are presently based in New York City, Philadelphia, Boston, and the Bay Area, and we work with organizations across the country.
